Shipping

At Northern Sky Fabrics we understand how excited you are about your fabric purchase!

We do our very best to provide you with excellent customer service. All of our orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

All orders will ship for a flat rate of $13.95. Any orders over $200 will ship for free.

We've decided that since shipping charges keep going up we'd offer letter mail shipping at checkout for small amounts of fabric (up to 2 yards). Please do not choose this option if you are ordering more than 2 yards. This option will have no tracking and insurance available and we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

All orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery for most addresses is 4-7 business days, though remote addresses may take longer.

US shipping

All US orders will ship for a flat rate of $18.95. Orders will take a minimum of 10+ business days to arrive.

International

At this point we offer no international shipping.

Lost/stolen Packages

Northern Sky Fabrics does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Please contact Canada Post to locate any lost or stolen packages.
